pLEASE TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF:

I am a wine, spirits and coffee consultant and I competed in WCIGS Brazil in 2018. I am back competing again because I want to share that “Well Fermented Coffee" is the best ingredient for “Lower Alcohol Cocktails".

what are you excited to do while you are in Copenhagen?:

Just chill and enjoy some almond croissants with coffees and maybe some empirical spirits too! ;)

what are your interests outside of coffee?:

Wine, spirits, and meditation.

is there anyone you’d like to thank?:

I would like to thank my wife Cindy and my baby boy Bacchus for taking care of me while I prepare for the competition. I would also like to thanks Tsuyoshi Mok of Accro Coffee for his endless support on my competition journey. Huge thanks also goes out to my super helpers, Sir, Claudia, Sapphire, Winnie and Calvin for all the tastings, cleaning, cooking and packing!
